WARRANTY & REPAIRS

We guarantee 1 year warranty from the delivery date against any manufacturing defects.

Items have to be sent in to our Cairo warehouse at the customer’s expense for inspection to approve the warranty.

Once the warranty is approved, the customer will be entitled to receive the same item with no additional cost and free shipping.

If the same item is not available, the customer may either chose a different product or a full refund.
