We currently deliver inside Egypt only.
In stock items: Delivery within 7 working days.
Pre-order items: Delivery dates are mentioned along with the item while shopping.
Once your order is confirmed, you will be contacted with the exact delivery date.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date given the item/s is in the same condition and original, unopened packaging with tags intact.
You can either exchange the item or receive a full refund. Please note that if goods are not returned in the conditions specified above, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
If the item you have received is damaged, defective, or not as described on the website, please contact us to file a complaint and you will receive a full refund or a replacement.
Returns/Exchanges must be sent to our Cairo warehouse at the customers expense. Please get in touch with us for exact address details.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Holix will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
