RAS SUDR
Crystal clear waters, sandy beaches, and strong winds. 2.5 hrs away from Cairo. Popular with local kiters.

SOKHNA
Windmill city of Egypt. Less than 2 hrs away from Cairo. Hosts one of the fanciest Kite Stations in Egypt, FINS.
DAHAB
Strongest winds in Egypt accompanied with the most chilled, genuine, and laid back vibes.

Sinai’s gem and popular for its coastal city/beach like feel. A place that has amazing beaches, nightlife, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars.
SAFAGA
Further south from Hurghada, Safaga always has stronger wind than El Gouna and Hurghada. Great for kiting and windsurfing.
HURGHADA
Great place to kite with amazing beaches for those more on a budget.
MARSA ALAM
Kiting in isolation at its best for those hardcore kitesurfers. Nature at its best. In the South of Egypt in the middle of nowhere. One place that has the only 1 thing you need: Kite, Eat, Sleep, REPEAT.

Now let’s talk about taking a kite station / beach club to a whole different level. It’s like entering a kite station 20 years into the future. Aside from having a great beach, strong winds, delicious food, great night vibe, this is the closest place to kite from Cairo. Located in KAI El Sokhna, this is the perfect destination even if it’s just a day’s visit.
SOUL KITESURFING CENTRE, RAS SUDR
Located in La Hacienda Hotel and Resort, this place is a piece of heaven. A soft sandy flat water lagoon, stunning clear turquoise water, side on-shore winds, this place is hard to beat anywhere in the world. A delicious restaurant, local team, and proximity to Cairo (220 km away) make this place a weekend destination for most locals. A place that definitely becomes part of your SOUL.
DISCOVERY KITE CENTRE, EL GOUNA
Discovery Kite is located inside the beautiful and homey Makani Beach Club. They are famous for their quality kite courses of no more than 2 students per instructor and various languages (English, German, Russian, and Polish). Top quality gear, instructors, and a happy vibe will make ticking off kiting from your bucket list a pleasurable experience. They also offer Kite Safaris.
RED SEA ZONE, EL GOUNA
Red Sea Zone has a spacious station with a flat and shallow lagoon of almost 500m of waist-deep water. Full of palm trees, sun beds, and a kids area, it’s a great place to take the family along. Friendly staff and talented technical instructors will make your visit well worth it.
HAWA SAFAGA KITE & SURF, SAFAG
HAWA, located in Menaville Resort Safaga, offers a unique kiteboarding experience. Hop on their yacht and head out to one of the most beautiful sunken islands to spend the day. Waist deep turquoise water perfect for teach and riding will blow your mind. In the middle of the sea with the convenience of their mid size yacht for food or bathroom breaks, you will happily spend the whole day doing what you love.
ABDO AID SURF CAMP, DAHAB
Owned by the God Father of Kitesurfing in Dahab, Hmeid Abo Eid. Located in Dahab’s Blue Lagoon, this is an unbelievably beautiful place on earth. A lagoon with a consistent 30 knots of winds with a mountainous backdrop, no place even comes close to this beauty. Cool vibes, tasty bedouin tea and food, and a nice huts camping spot is what this place is about. Being a family of champions in both windsurfing and kitesurfing, you are sure to be coached by some of the most talented riders in Egypt.
